FEMA: Paid for sex change, football tickets

AssocPress: "The govt doled out as much as $1.4 billion in bogus assistance to victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, getting hoodwinked to pay for season football tickets, a sex change, a tropical vacation and even a divorce lawyer, congressional investigators have found." We had to convince our health insurance (that we pay plenty for) that our child's eye muscle surgery (which prevented her from eventually becoming blind) is NOT cosmetic surgery and FEMA used our TAXPAYING MONEY on this shit?
