FtSamHouston: Army can't pay electric bill

How do those wealthy tax cuts in a time of war sound now neo-con War Fans? (via My San Antonio): "The Army doesn't have enough cash to keep the lights on at Fort Sam Houston. The post's $1.4 million-a-month CPS Energy bill is due June 30. "I don't have the money to pay that bill right now, but I believe the Army will assist us," said Col. Wendy Martinson, the fort's garrison commander." So how exactly will this fort perform their duties? By candlelight, 2 tin cans on a string & the Pony Express? This can't be good for morale. And ya know, it is piss- poor conditions that are driving 100s of Iraqi soldiers to bail every month.
