A Sign of Sanity in a Sea of Insanity

Talk about a mixed bag: We have a sign of sanity: "The Pentagon said Tuesday it will grant the 450 terrorist suspects at the Guantanamo Bay prison protection under the Geneva Conventions, a dramatic policy shift for the Bush admin after the Sup Crt recently rejected its plan to use military tribunals to try the detainees." AND then we have this show of complete insanity: "Robert Novak says former CIA spokesman Bill Harlow was his confirming source in the Plame outing. Harlow completely denies this. And Novak still hasn’t revealed his primary source. Liar–Liar." AND this display of a complete disconnect from reality: "Condoleezza Rice condemned the train bombings in India, but warned that "this kind of hideous incident can happen anywhere in the world against innocent people.'' (hmm... there goes that entire "we're fighting 'em there so we don't have to fight 'em here" crapola) and this from the King Hypocrite: "There is no justification for the vicious murder of innocent people,'' said Pres George W. Bush." OMFG... I can't believe this bastard w/the blood of 1000s of innocents would actually dare to say that. Did the people who were in the room w/him laugh outloud when he said that or were they too busy picking up their jaws?
