Blackwater: Sued for Contractor Deaths

TheNation: Blackwater is being sued for the wrongful deaths by the families of the 4 men who were slain, chopped up, burned & strung up in Fallujah. Blackwater was able to save $1.5 million in not buying armored vehicles. The men were told that they'd be operating in armored vehicles. They were killed by insurgents literally walking up and shooting them w/ small-arms fire. This was not a roadside bomb, it was not any other explosive device. It was merely small-arms fire, which could have been repelled by armored vehicles. W/in mins of being shot, their bodies were dragged from their vehicles, a crowd descended on them, tearing them to pieces. Eventually, their corpses were chopped and burned. The remains of 2 of the men are strung up on a bridge over the Euphrates and left to dangle. The gruesome image was soon beamed across the globe, and the WH said the killings were taken as "a challenge to America's resolve" and then the complete gung-ho razing of the city Fallujah by our troops began. Well BushCo, I hope that this lawsuit challenges Americans to wake up & smell the rotting corruption and vile bloodmoney that all of you war profiteers have made in Iraq.
