For this Yr's SOTU, I Wanted Ernest Goes to Jail-- but Have to Settle for Ernest Goes to Washington

Trust me, I mean Jim Varney no disrespect, may he rest in peace, but I can't believe the absolute moronic crapola Bush coughed up during the SOTU. Ernest would have been more honorable and made more sense. Many protested while others (including John Kerry and Harry Reid) can't believe Bush's spew either. Take for instance Paul Craig Roberts (he was Reagan's Assist Sec of the Treasury) and he wrote about the recent poll numbers for Bush and the inexplicable support Bush still gets from some people. Roberts says that he can't figure out who is more stupid: Bush or the American people who gobble up his rhetoric and guzzle down the GOP Kool-Aid? When Bush hacked up this gem-- I am paraphrasing of course--: "We have to defeat hatred and fear... especially when it comes to Iran... which by the way folks, we are laying regime change out on the table for that major catastrophe about to take place... hey, don't say we didn't warn this time." Roberts says this: "Americans need desperately to comprehend that if Bush attacks Iran and Syria, as he intends, terrorism will explode & US civil liberties will disappear into a 30 yr war that will bankrupt the US." So? I wasn't using that civil liberty anyway. But Roberts also says this: "The Bush admin is astonished because it stupidly believes that 100s of millions of Muslims should be grateful that the US has interfered in their internal affairs for 60 yrs, setting up colonies and puppet rulers to suppress their aspirations and to achieve, instead, purposes of the US govt. Americans need desperately to understand that 95% of all Muslim terrorists in the world were created in the past 3 yrs by Bush's invasion of Iraq." Oh, who cares about another war that will bankrupt the US monitarily, spiritually and morally?... Hey, didja know those hetero-marriage destoyers (i.e. the gay people) want to marry? That is a KEY issue in 2006.
