Former Mike Scanlon Fiancee Spills Guts to FBI on the Abramoff Scandal

So, Jack Abramoff entered a plea of guilty in crt Tuesday, Chris Matthews dramatically called Jack "Satan", and all of DC is nervous (esp the White House, members of Congress & lots of Religious Frighters)-- they're all shaking like a cat shitting razor blades b/c they don't want to be brought down w/this scandal-- The House that Jack Built. But an interesting aspect to this scandal is discussed at Rawstory: Mike Scanlon was implicated in the Abramoff scandal by his former fiancee, Emily Miller, whom he met in the late 90s while working as communications direc for Tom DeLay. (Miller was the crazy chick on a Meet the Press interview w/ Colin Powell, who SLAPPED the camera away from the shot of Powell, and Powell yelled at her.) Colleagues say Miller went to the FBI after Scanlon broke off their engagement and announced his intention to marry another woman- a manicurist he'd met." Now I was under the impression that Scanlon was of the non-legal marrying persuasion due to his unusually close relationships to his fellow lifeguards at Rehoboth Beach. Ya know... the kind of guy who'd swoon while watching "Brokeback Mtn'... so perhaps he left Miller for a MANicurist indeed, eh? Well... regardless... this just may be the true ironies of all ironies: Clinton was brought down by a young woman scorned and this outta control GOP corruption scandal may have been kicked off by a young woman scorned. I'm sure blowjobs are involved in this thing, too-- except there probably are no females giving 'em out b/c let's face it, it is a GOP scandal.
