Canadian Man Provides Katrina Rescues/ Housing

Read this article about this Canadian horse owner/breeder who decided that he had the resources and desire to help those stranded and left homeless in N.O. Frank Stronach makes FEMA look shameful in comparison. Speaking of someone making our feds look shameful, why is it that former Vice Prez Al Gore was able to personally rescue 100s and shelter those left stranded and homeless when our our Prez and fedrl agencies could not/ would not? Imagine how many Al could have saved if he was Prez Gore?
