Do Evacuees Get to Vote? Maybe Not....


Hmm, do ya think that Hurricane Katrina drove the painful point home to the voters that the people in power may not care at all what happens to their constituents? I have to wonder now-after serving in Iraq- how much of our military echoes that exact same sentiment. And, do evacuees even get to vote? Maybe not, according to this. I bet having a whole lotta minority voters unable to vote really makes Bush & Rove smile big.
