Bush Takes Big Boy Responsibility for Katrina

Holy Cripe! Bush took some big boy steps Tues on a day of reckoning for all: "Bush put a final word on what he had called the "blame game" among politicians, saying: "I take responsibility" for the govt's failures in dealing w/the hurricane. The owners of a nursing home were charged in the deaths of dozens of patients killed by Katrina's floodwaters, the death toll in LA jumped to 423, and the mayor warned that the city is broke, and cannot pay those on the payroll."
