Evolution, Abortion, Gay Marriage & Santorum

For the love of all things scientific... evolution will be going on trial AGAIN... EIGHTY yrs after it did the 1st time... this time in lovely Kansas (in 1925 it was TN). Just think about that will ya? Think of all of the amazing validated & quantified scientific discoveries we as humans have proven since 1925... yet we have to put evolution on trial in 2005. For fuck's sake... why do you ignorant jackasses want to drag the rest of us down w/you? Here's an idea: Why can't evolution be exactly what our Creator designed b/c our Creator is so super intelligent that our Creator knew that this amazing planet w/all of it's amazing species would take billions upon billions of yrs to become the world that it is today? Oh that's right, it had to be created in 7 days b/c the men who wrote the Bible know precisely how long 1 day is to God. Psst... I think God is BEYOND our conception of 24hr time frames, ya idiots. And this: Who knew that evolution was an issue that should be regarded "as destructive and perilous" to our precious children as abortion & gay marriage? Well, apparantly it is if you ask Rick Santorum, and for more nauseating details about Redneck Design... oops... Intelligent Design... please read this Newsweek article (long, but worth it if you want to weep for Darwin).
