What did they say about civilian deaths?

Here's a quote about the 100s of innocent Lebanese who have been killed by Israel in the crossfire: "But until those civilians start paying a price for propping up these kinds of regimes, it's not going to end."
Here's a quote about innocent Americans who have been/will be killed by attacks: "As for what you asked regarding the American people, they are not exonerated from responsibility, because they chose this govt and voted for it." Guess who said that? Osama bin Laden in his 1997 interview w/CNN's Peter Arnett. Guess who said the first quote? Rush Limbaugh. Good to see the 2 have so much in common and think alike when it comes to innocent civilians, no? No wonder Keith named him the Worst Person of the World for Tues.
