Milosevic: Goodbye to Bad Rubbish

BBC: Former Yugoslav Pres Slobodan Milosevic was found dead in his cell at The Hague tribunal. He had a history of heart problems, but his death now allows his family and loyal Serbian followers to say these things about his death: "The Hague tribunal has killed my husband", and "3 months ago he asked to go to Moscow for treatment. This whole circus of the crt in The Hague is terrible. It's criminal. Full responsibility for his death falls on this tribunal and on those who gave him away in Belgrade 5 yrs ago. Slobodan is a true son of the Serbian people... He died undefeated." Well, perhaps if one were to ask the victims of his war crimes & crimes against humanity for his central role in the wars in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo during the 90s, they might have a different take on his death. I say "goodbye to bad rubbish", but it is a shame that he died before he was found guilty of his alleged crimes. It would be better for all involved if it had finally been proven in a crt of law that he was guilty and he had received a formal punishment. Now... if we could just move on to arresting Bush for crimes against humanity, the world would be a better place. Hey, WTF not? Milosevic was supposedly responsible for the deaths of at least 100,000 during the genocide of the 92-95 Bosnia war... and Bush is damn close to having the blood of that many on his hands by now in civilian deaths, US military deaths, plus countless civilian & military maimings, so what's the freakin hold-up?
