Fitz Presents New Info to Grand Jury

WashPost: Special prosecutor Fitzgerald presented info to a grand jury for the 1st time in 6 wks on the CIA Leak. Weds was the 1st time a grand jury has met to consider the case since Oct 28, when Libby was indicted by a previous grand jury. Fitz arrived w/4 deputies, an FBI agent and boxes of files, & declined to comment on the 3hr session as he left the courthouse. No witnesses were seen entering the grand jury room. Time magazine's reporter Viveca Novak is scheduled to give a deposition under oath to Fitz today. So, throw in the Lying Game business w/Woodward, and Randall Eliason, (who headed public corruption prosecutions in the attorney's office in DC) said Fitz would not go thru the trouble of repeating info to a new grand jury unless he is considering criminal charges or there are significant, potentially criminal matters he wants to resolve. Let's hope. But I'm sure the WH will keep the spin machine at full throttle.
