Ohio Hates Rape Victims & Moms

I nearly died from kidney failure while pregnant with our child. Thankfully, I was almost 8 months pregnant & my baby was far enough along when an emergency inducement saved my life and left her tiny & weak, but alive and able to strengthen in the NICU. Fortunately, my husband and I did not have to decide to abort our baby ONLY b/c my kidneys began to fail 6 weeks before her due date (Due to me developing toxemia, which my OB/GYN had diagnosed w/at about 4 months of my pregnancy, complete bedrest bought me & my baby 4 more months of gestation time until my kidneys began to fail). But what would have happened if they had begun to fail when I had only been 4 months pregnant? Should my husband have been forced to suffer losing both of us b/c a religious zealot says so? If this OH bill passes- YES. Ohio House Bill 228 (Rep. Tom Brinkman is behind this bill) states that in OH, absolutely NO abortions can be performed... under ANY circumstances. Health of mother threatened? Too bad- f*ck her pregnant ass. Victim of sexual assault? Too bad- f*ck her unluckily raped ass. Oh, and don't even think that you can cross the OH state lines to obtain an abortion in another state b/c that will be a felony, too. How nice that OH will officially be a part of "Jesusland for Hatefilled Hypocrites" and how many mothers (perhaps many who already have living children) will die b/c of this asshat's "Christian" theocratic stranglehold? Forcing moms to die is so pro-family values, no?
