Insight on "Rove has been indicted" rumor

I have no idea whatsoever if the current news from Jason Leopold at TruthOut that Rove has been indicted is true or not. Am I hopeful? Oh yeah. But I will believe it when I see it. Some insight into this rumor comes from TruthOut's William Pitt (via Dem Underground) who spoke to Leopold. Leopold is sticking to his story that Rove has been indicted, and this from Brad of Brad Blog suggests that Leopold isn't the only one who makes this Rove indictment claim. I'm hopeful... and the champagne is still patiently waiting in the fridge... but I'll believe it when I see it.
