Miers at the Center of Aug 2001 Bin Laden Brief

My belief is that Miers is Bush's pick b/c she is Bush's personal consigliere- just like Tom Hagen was to Michael Corleone in The Godfather. She knows where all the bodies are buried, and knows just what crimes Bush & Co have dabbled in. So, add in this news from Editor & Publisher and the picture broadens: "According to Tuesday's LA Times, an article by Richard Serrano and Scott Gold observes that early in the Bush presidency “Miers assumed such an insider role that in 2001 it was she who handed Bush the crucial 'presidential daily briefing' hinting at terrorist plots against America just a month before the Sept 11 attacks.” Hmm, this very photo here, as show by MSNBC as occurring on Aug 6, 01? I'm sure the spin machine is working OT on this... even thouigh she is "so competent to be a SCOTUS Justice"... cough... snark... that she facilitated ignoring glaring terrorist threats that resulted in the deaths of 3000 innocent people.
