Wow...its Good to be the King

If you remember that line by Mel Brooks in the movie "History of the World Part 1" when he was portraying the licentious pre-revolutionary French king, then you will appreciate the connection between that and this tidbit on Bush making use of this rarely used executive power that allows him to get away... scott free... ahhhh... it really is good to be the king.... oh Piss Boy...!
